- HTML5/CSS3 knowhow
- Managing team and projects
- Providing accurate work estimates by working together with PMs and technical team
- Doing proper allocation of team members to projects
- Controlling estimate vs actuals of projects
- Supporting team members in tackling technical challenges
- Enthusiastic and independent
- Confident spoken and written English
- Excellent Project Management Skills and familiarity with project management tools like JIRA/Confluence
- Reporting project status and challenges to HR and Management
- Discussing with clients and collecting correct requirements
- Providing technical solutions and innovative ideas to the client requirements
Bevorzugte Fähigkeiten
- Experience with JQuery would be an added advantage
- Experience with interface design for mobile platforms
- Experience integrating with server-side code to produce dynamic pages
- Knowhow in Hybrid mobile framework like Ionic or React Native is a big plus
